How to Find Your Hat Size - Guide and Chart Included
Every hat maker measures their hats a little differently, which is why it’s important to see if the manufacturer of your hat has a measurement chart. This Measurement chart ensures that when you order a hat from us it will be the perfect size for your head. We typically run about a half size biggAr than most national brands, so we recommend you follow this guide.

Items required: A Customary tape measure and Mirror
Step One: Find The Widest Part of Your Head +
Run your hand along the back of your head. You should feel a slight increase in the back of your skull; this is where you'll need to wrap the measuing tape around.
Step Two: Measure Your Head +
From the top of your brow, measure around the back of your head, in a straight line, until the tape measure reaches itself again. Your measuring tape should be snug to your head, but not too tight. Keep in mind, the measuring tape is simulating the sweatband of the hat, and if the fit with the tape is too tight, then the hat itself will be too tight.
Step Three: Find Your Hat Size +
Using the chart above you can determine what your Biggar Hat Size is. If your measurement doesn't exactly match one of our measurements above, please choose the next size up closest to your measurement. For example, if you measure 221/2 inches, choose the 71/8 Biggar Hat Size.
Additional Information: Measure How You Anticipate to Wear Your Hat +
If you plan on wearing your hat tilted backwards, forwards, or to any side, please measure accordingly. Remember, the measuring tape needs to be straight, as it's simulating the sweatband of the hat, and wearing it tilted might not go across the widest part of your skull.
